App guide

Everything you need to charge at the municipal stations in Ramat Gan at the residents’ price — from sign-up to the receipt in your inbox.

Download and sign up

  • Download Edge Control from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Enter your email and choose a password: at least 8 characters, an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a number.
  • Fill in your contact details and confirm.

Good to know: Sign up with the same email you will use in the resident-discount request.

Resident-discount request

  • Fill in the form on the website once: email, verification code, details and a photo of the ID appendix.
  • You get an answer by email within 5 business days.
  • From approval, the lower price applies to every charge at the municipal stations.

Payment methods and wallet

  • Open the menu, choose “Payment methods” and add a credit card.
  • Adding a card makes a ₪1 check charge that is refunded right away.
  • The welcome gift goes into your digital wallet.

Good to know: To use the gift, choose “Wallet” as the payment method before you start charging. The wallet is not picked automatically.

Find a station

  • The map shows every station: green is free, red is busy.
  • Search by city or address, and navigate with one tap.
  • Filters let you pick the connector (Type 2, CCS) and power.

Start charging

  • Pick the site on the map, swipe up, and choose the socket you plugged into.
  • Or scan the QR code on the station, or type its number.
  • Choose a payment method and tap “Start charging”.

Good to know: Your price is shown on the station screen before you start.

While charging and after

  • Live power, energy, time and cost on screen.
  • Tap “End charging” for a summary with the cost and kWh.
  • The invoice is emailed to you.

Good to know: Move your car once charging ends to avoid idle fees.

History

  • In the menu, “Charging history” lists every charge: date, place, kWh and cost.
